These terms govern your use of the Claritance platform, operated by Zambezi Media. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. Service description
Claritance is a compliance management platform for domiciliary care agencies. It provides tools for tracking staff compliance, incidents, risk assessments and inspection readiness under RQIA, CQC and related regulatory frameworks.
2. Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when registering your agency.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must not share login credentials between users — each user requires their own account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Claritance to store unlawful data, attempt to breach the security of the platform, or interfere with other users' access to the service.
4. Subscription and billing
- Plans are billed monthly in advance.
- A 30-day free trial is available with no credit card required.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all compliance data you enter into Claritance. We do not claim any rights over your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we store and protect it.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
7. Limitation of liability
Claritance is a compliance management tool. It does not constitute legal or regulatory advice. We are not liable for the outcome of any RQIA, CQC or other regulatory inspection. You remain responsible for meeting your regulatory obligations.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
